Are BEANY capsules recyclable? 

Yes, our compostable capsules are 100% plastic-free and aluminum-free therefore they are fully recyclable. They require commercial composting and can be added to your local food waste collection. Amazing right?

Which machines are BEANY capsules compatible with?

BEANY capsules are compatible with all drop down Nespresso® machines. The capsules are not compatible with commercial and "built in" models.

There is a wide variety of Nespresso® compatible machines out there. Our capsules have been designed to maximise cup quality. The models available in the marketplace all vary slightly in design and composition. 

How can I buy your coffee?

You can buy from our online store or through one of our retail partners. We make our coffees available as Nespresso® compatible capsules and whole beans. If you’re buying beans you can buy coffee roasted for your brew method of choice: filter or espresso. Alternatively, if you’re buying capsules, you can choose between long and short. All our coffees are available to buy as an ongoing subscription or as a one-off transaction.

When will my coffee arrive?

If you live in the Netherlands and selected our standard, free shipping rate your coffee will arrive within 2 business days of you receiving the shipping notification from us. We use PostNL for all free shipping. If you live outside the Netherlands your order will be shipped via DHL International and are expected to arrive in between 5 and 7 business days.

When will my coffee subscription ship?

Subscriptions, whether for capsules or beans, ship on the anniversary of your first order. So, if you place your order on the 15th of the month and you’ve selected monthly as the frequency, your subscription will always ship on the 15th of the month.

How do I redeem a gift subscription?

Simply follow the link sent to you in your gift subscription email and select the brew method and genre of your choice. If someone has bought you a subscription but you did not receive your welcome email, please contact our customer support team at help@beany.coffee.

How do your subscriptions work and what are the terms?

Subscriptions are really simple. You first sign up, selecting which origin and brew method you’d like. You also select the frequency of your subscription and the amount of beans or capsules you’d like to receive. We will ship your first order as soon as you complete the checkout process. Your subscription will start immediately and subsequent orders will be shipped based on the frequency you select. You can sign in to BEANY's site at any time to manage your subscription. You will also find an option to cancel your subscription within the subscription management section of your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account, select “Manage Subscriptions” and there you’ll find the option to cancel.
